Tony Allegretti

Tony began his work in Real Estate over twenty years ago at a ski resort in Winter Park, Colorado. Tony managed over 30 condominium associations and several hundred short term rental units for eight years.

Upon moving to Santa Fe in 1996 with his wife and two children, Tony started and sold three succesful businesses in the Spa Industry. In 2005 Tony re-entered the world of Real Estate when he started working for a Green Developer that specializes in Live/Work communities.

Tony combines his knowledge of Real Estate Development, Property Management, Home and Office Sales with his knowledge of Santa Fe and passion for service to provide all of his customers with the highest level of professionalism and performance.
