Born and raised in Santa Fe, Warren R. Sacks attended Santa Fe High, and graduated from Elon University in North Carolina, where he received a B.A. in history. Following schooling, and eager to rejoin his native community, Warren found his way into real estate. Blessed with an innate ability to analyze market data and statistics, Warren has brought unparalleled problem solving both to Barker Realty brokers and customers. Intuitive, focused, prolifically informed in local, national and international realms, an out-of the -box thinker…..these are all apt descriptors of the talent and dedication that Warren brings to every task at hand. Although working primarily in a management position, Warren also oversees transactions at every level, and still represents buyers and sellers in the transfer of residential and commercial properties. In addition, he develops regular seminars on various market topics for those in the legal profession and financial services industry and is critical to helping shape success for buyers, sellers, and Barker Realty. When not analyzing, consulting or bring resolve to interesting problems, Warren welcomes an afternoon of golf or a day on the slopes.
