Showings
Your Barker broker and agents from other companies will show your home to prospective buyers. We’ll make appointments with you in advance, providing you with the name and company of the showing broker and the approximate time of the showing. Your Barker broker will follow up with showing brokers and will provide you with any meaningful feedback or information about interested prospects.

Open Houses
We hold open houses regularly, allowing prospective buyers to view homes at their convenience. At your discretion, we will arrange an open house for your property, which will be announced on our Web site and in the Sunday New Mexican.

Showing Log
Barker Realty maintains a database tracking every property’s showings. At your request, we can provide you with a list of all your property’s showings, including the date, showing broker, and company name.
